Focusing on fresh, local ingredients Vinaigrette has made it its mission to provide wholesome flavorful food to as many people as possible and to serve it up in a quick and convenient setting. Serving gourmet salads, soups, and seasonal lemonades, Vinaigrette has re-defined the standard of fast-food quality. We exist for the people! Requirements

Communicate with store manager
Communicate with VSK team at your location
Customer engagement
Help the manager resolve schedule conflicts
Knowledgeable about the nutritional information of each salad
Assist the store manager in the training of new hires
Assist the store manager in food ordering and preparation
Knowledgeable about catering. Both what we offer and how to prepare it
Maintaining change safe & closing the cash drawer in the evenings
Delegation of tasks
Conflict resolution
Self-motivating & on task

Responsibilities

Serve as the leader of your shift
Work closely with your store manager to help them execute the Vinaigrette Salad Kitchen vision on a daily basis
Assist the manager in leading staff members to maintain a clean, friendly, productive environment that maximizes the customer experience and supports employees.
