About The Position

LV Petroleum is seeking an experienced and passionate Shift Lead to lead one of our Charleys Cheesesteaks restaurants. If you're a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing high-performing teams, and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, we want to hear from you! As the Shift Lead, you'll be responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations, including team leadership, guest satisfaction, food quality, financial performance, and creating a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

No prior experience is required, but a background in food service or customer service is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced kitchen environment and learn new skills.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing great service to our customers.

Nice To Haves

Previous restaurant management experience, preferably as a Shift Lead or Assistant General Manager.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Proven ability to drive operational and financial results.
