About The Position

LV Petroleum is seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead one of our Charleys Cheesesteaks restaurants. If you're a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing high-performing teams, and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, we want to hear from you! As the General Manager, you'll be responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations, including team leadership, guest satisfaction, food quality, financial performance, and creating a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant management experience, preferably as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Proven ability to drive operational and financial results.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced kitchen environment and learn new skills.
