About The Position
This is a full-time Shift Leader opportunity at Wingstop, designed for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and aspire to grow into management roles. Wingstop focuses on developing future leaders by providing hands-on leadership experience, opportunities to work with a great team, and the skills necessary for career advancement. This role serves as a development position for future Restaurant Supervisors and General Managers, with advancement opportunities available for team members who demonstrate strong leadership, operational knowledge, and consistent performance.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable with flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Nice To Haves
- Restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Leadership experience is a plus—but we'll help develop the right person!
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the team during your shift.
