About The Position
ModWash is hiring a Shift Lead to support daily operations at its Youngstown, Ohio location. Key holders are responsible for opening and closing the site when scheduled, maintaining service standards, and helping the team deliver an outstanding car wash experience. The role focuses on customer service and membership sales: greeting guests, explaining wash packages and unlimited membership benefits, and helping customers choose an option that suits their needs. The Shift Lead helps oversee employee productivity, breaks, and safety; maintains on-site equipment and troubleshoots when needed; and keeps facilities clean and presentable. The position also involves working outdoors in all weather conditions, staying mobile and engaged with customers and team members throughout the site, and working a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and greet customers with a friendly attitude.
- Present and sell ModWash packages and explain the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.
- Safely guide and assist guests with wash packages and membership options.
- Engage with customers before and after their wash to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with and encourage the team to meet sales goals.
