About The Position

LV Petroleum is looking for a Shift Lead at Sbarro location within our fast-paced Albert Lead travel center. This role involves supervising the team, ensuring quality food preparation, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Shift Lead will assist in maintaining inventory levels, managing cash transactions, and upholding health and safety standards. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills to foster a positive environment for both customers and team members.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in food service or retail
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to resolve customer issues in a calm and professional manner.
Basic knowledge of food safety practices and inventory management.

Nice To Haves

Additional education in food service management is a plus.
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise staff during shifts, providing direction, training, and support.
Ensure customers receive prompt, friendly service, and address any concerns or issues.
Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality standards are met.
Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies as necessary.
Ensure accurate cash register operations and financial reporting at the end of each shift.
Maintain compliance with health regulations and safety protocols.
Communicate effectively with management and team members regarding operational needs and improvements.
