About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Shift Lead to join our Del Taco team! In this role, you’ll help lead daily restaurant operations while creating a fast, friendly, and clean experience for every guest. You’ll support the management team by leading shifts, motivating team members, and ensuring operational standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities

  • Support management with daily restaurant operations and shift execution
  • Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest service
  • Ensure food quality, speed of service, and food safety standards are maintained
  • Delegate tasks and help keep shifts running efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Train and support new team members on company procedures and expectations
  • Assist with cash handling, inventory, and other shift responsibilities
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally with a customer-first mindset
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the restaurant
  • Enforce company policies while fostering a positive team environment
  • Support restaurant management in day-to-day operations
  • Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent service and efficiency
