About The Position

Laughing Planet is a locally owned and operated quick-service restaurant company with 11 locations in Oregon. It aims to provide a great experience for guests and team members. Laughing Planet is hiring Shift Leads for its Bend location. The ideal candidate is positive and team-driven, has kitchen experience and basic knife skills, is willing to cross-train, and is available to work weekends. The role also calls for a sense of urgency, financial literacy regarding controllable costs, excellent cash-handling skills, and an interest in growing with the company while engaging with the community and enjoying work.
