This role is for a Shift Lead responsible for overseeing daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring staff performance, safety, and service meet company standards. This on-site leader guides and supports team members, serves as the link between staff and management, and helps coordinate schedules, resolve issues, and maintain smooth, efficient shift operations in fast-paced environments.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ years verifiable Military, Law Enforcement or Security Experience
Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses

Nice To Haves

3+ years verifiable Military, Law Enforcement or Security Experience
1+ years of verifiable Supervisory experience

Responsibilities

Conduct walking and vehicle patrols to identify and report safety concerns
Monitor access points; verify IDs and credentials
Monitor surveillance systems for threats or suspicious activity
Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents per protocol
Maintain accurate logs of activities and incidents
Perform routine security tasks (e.g., locking/unlocking doors)
Assist visitors and employees professionally
Enforce site-specific Post Orders and security protocols
Ensure compliance with SEI and client policies (e.g., smoking, loitering, parking)
Guide and support junior officers
Ensure protocol and customer service standards are met
Assist with scheduling and shift coverage
