About The Position

The Shift Lead 2 provides superior customer service to customers and supports the General Manager in all facets of retail operations to help ensure the store operates at optimal performance. The role includes customer assistance, sales transactions, maintaining the store environment, merchandising and inventory support, and opening and closing duties, including bank deposits.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or currently attending high school.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Customer service experience or retail experience.
• Ability to achieve placement in the succession program.
• Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency.
• Ability to complete required training within two months of hire.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

• Experience leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs.
• Accurately and promptly complete sales transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, well-merchandised, and welcoming environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including bank deposits.
• Support the General Manager in retail operations to help ensure optimal store performance.
