About The Position
The Shift Lead 2 provides superior customer service and supports the General Manager across retail operations to help ensure the store operates at optimal performance. The role includes assisting customers with pool and spa care needs, processing sales, maintaining the store environment, helping with merchandising and inventory control, and completing opening and closing duties, including bank deposits.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or currently attending high school.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Customer service or retail experience.
- Ability to achieve placement in the succession program.
- Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency.
- Ability to complete required training within two months of hire.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.

- Experience leading a team.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs.
- Accurately and promptly complete sales transactions using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean, well-merchandised, and welcoming store environment.
