This role is accountable for daily operations, maintaining and improving customer and company safety and quality standards, and maintaining good relations with customers and airport authorities. The Shift/Duty Manager will manage and control all staff assignments, hold daily briefings, provide support to front line management, and coach and train employees to effectively improve operations. They will also ensure workforce adherence to company policies and procedures, and perform other duties as assigned.
