Provides crisis intervention, advocacy, and case management services for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, general crimes, or child abuse and neglect. Works with clients to understand and work towards desired outcomes; provides on-going support, resources, referrals, and case management. Provides support, advocacy, and coordination with other social services for clients, including in-person community-based, medical, and legal advocacy. Ensures daily living needs of clients residing in emergency shelter are met; conducts intake and unit turnover as appropriate. Maintains records of client contact, serves as client liaison with other service providers and completes data entry. Serves as a community resource for information regarding the impact of crimes on victims and the rights of victims.
