About The Position
Responsible for working with administrative and direct services in developing and implementing emergency shelter services, i.e. crisis intervention, crisis counseling, intakes, assessments, orientations and cooperative living agreements.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent life experience.
- Educational experience in human services or equivalent life experiences.
- Strong household management capabilities.
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Ability to work extended hours as needed.
- Ability to lift and push 50 pounds.
- Basic computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge and/or experience with residential care settings.
- Knowledge and/or experience in crisis intervention and/or crisis counseling.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
