Recovery Resource Council is looking for a conscientious, detail-oriented, and compassionate individual. This person must be capable of successfully managing multiple tasks and responsibilities while working with previously chronically homeless individuals who have received a housing voucher. Competencies, Knowledge, and Qualifications: Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to organize and prioritize work Skill in formulating client housing stability goals and objectives Ability to write clear, concise case notes Strong communication skills Dedication to effective and ethical case management Ability to uphold strong, healthy boundaries Ability to conduct home visits while practicing safety awareness Knowledge of substance use disorders and mental health issues Ability to work flexible schedules including some nights and weekends Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Knowledge of community resources and ability to network Ability to plan, organize, set objectives, time frames, and prioritize Understanding of and willingness to practice trauma informed care
