About The Position

This role involves performing all minor to major repairs, modifications, and engineering alterations (E.A.s) on aircraft. The position requires meticulous completion of all aircraft paperwork to ensure safety and timely delivery. The Sheetmetal Shop Lead will also establish work priorities and supervise a team of up to 15 mechanics, while effectively interacting with customer representatives.

Requirements

• High proficiency in all minor through major repairs, modifications, E.A.s, etc.
• Highly proficient with forms.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Minimum of 1 year related experience and/or training.
• Hold a minimum of an A License.
• Computer keypunch experience.
• Previous experience in warehousing, handling inventory, and bar code equipment.

Nice To Haves

• May or may not have a P license.
