Requirements

  • H.S. Education or equivalent
  • Make-ready operations
  • Computer literate
  • Able to use SAP systems.
  • Mechanical skills
  • Communication skills
  • Good attendance
  • Ability to work alone

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer 6 months as Roll Tender.

Responsibilities

  • Participates in overall product outcome associated with Sheeter Department.
  • Interprets and documents standards related to product performance/quality.
  • Assists in the maintenance and set up of equipment for customer product.
  • Must be able to operate and be familiar with the sheetfed print requirements.
  • Must be able to direct Roll Tender in daily tasks to achieve department goals.
  • Must keep Department Manager and Department lead informed of Safety, Quality, or Production issues or improvement opportunities.
  • Must be able to handle re-stacking stock.
  • Must become familiar with technical aspects of Sheeter and be able to troubleshoot if needed.
  • Must be able to assist with CI sorting.
  • Must be familiar with SAP.
  • Must be able to work towards achieving department goals.
  • Performs other organizational duties as required.
  • Must take direction from Shift Supervisor.
  • Directly involved in responsibilities / actions related to all Food Safety Programs.
  • In the absence of Sheeter Operator, daily responsibilities will be transferred to another qualified associate.
  • Responsible for compliance with all facility food safety and quality policies and procedures including product safety (GMP’s)/Sanitation policies and procedures (SQF).
  • Employee must continually work to promote the orderliness and cleanliness of their work area in support of SQF/5’s and other company standards.
