This role focuses on accurate material handling, loading finished goods, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace. Starting pay begins at $21.22, with rapid overall performance progression to $25.94 and a top rate of $33.28, offering strong long-term earning potential.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor precision sheeting equipment
• Set up machines and perform product changeovers
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and clear jams safely
• Complete production and quality documentation
• Work with team members to meet production, safety and quality goals
