About The Position

Sylvamo is a global leader in uncoated freesheet paper production, committed to sustainability and innovation. We are expanding our operations with a new warehouse at our Sumter Sheet Plant in Sumter, South Carolina, and seeking motivated individuals to join our production and logistics team. This role supports daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced paper converting environment, focusing on accurate material handling, loading finished goods, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, show initiative, and maintain a positive, inclusive work environment
• Professional verbal and written communication
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for most of the shift
• Operate warehouse machinery and move frequently throughout the facility
• Multitask, prioritize, and respond quickly to issues with sound judgment

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor precision sheeting equipment
• Set up machines and perform product changeovers
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and clear jams safely
• Complete production and quality documentation
• Work with team members to meet production, safety and quality goals
