About The Position

The Sheeter Operator I supports sheeting operations by preparing materials, assisting with machine setup, and ensuring smooth production flow. This role plays a key part in maintaining quality standards and supporting downstream printing operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Can speak, read, and write in English
• Mechanical aptitude
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Work well in a team environment

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience
• Strong sense of urgency and self-motivated

Responsibilities

• Assist with make-ready and setup of the sheeter
• Prepare rolls for production, including staging, loading, and threading through tension rollers
• Inspect rolls prior to sheeting and report non-conforming materials to Quality
• Stage completed loads for the printing operation
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including completion of sweep sheets
• Follow all safety and operational procedures
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
