What You’ll Be Doing As a Sheet Metal Superintendent, you’ll be the boots-on-the-ground leader driving our commercial HVAC projects forward. You’ll have real influence over the jobsite and the team. This is a hands-on leadership role —ideal for someone who still enjoys being close to the work while guiding a team to succeed.

Requirements

5+ years in commercial sheet metal / ductwork installation
Experience leading crews or working as a foreman / lead
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and jobsite coordination
Ability to keep projects moving and teams accountable
A safety-first mindset and familiarity with OSHA standards
Clear communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor sheet metal crews in the field
Coordinate day-to-day operations to keep jobs running smoothly
Ensure safety standards are met—every day, every job
Review drawings and specifications and turn them into execution
Manage materials, equipment, and trade coordination
Work alongside project managers, GCs, and other trades to solve problems quickly
Keep projects on schedule without sacrificing quality
