Requirements

5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment, with 2+ years in a leadership role
High school diploma or GED required
OSHA safety certification, or willingness to obtain within 90 days
Strong scheduling, planning, and organizational skills
Working knowledge of CAD software, Air Table, and fabrication systems
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to train and develop others
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Reliable transportation required
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols, addressing hazards proactively, promoting a safety-first culture, and achieving a clean safety record with no OSHA recordable incidents.
Collaborate with Project Managers and Field Supervisors to meet or exceed customer expectations by ensuring high-quality work, responding promptly to customer needs, and resolving complaints professionally.
Develops and manages production schedules, coordinating materials, labor, and equipment to meet project deadlines while maximizing efficiency and minimizing downtime.
Ensures all products meet quality standards and customer specifications by implementing regular inspections and promptly resolving quality issues.
Manages inventory, procurement, and expenses to support efficient production while identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving processes without compromising safety, quality, or delivery.
