About The Position
D&L LLC is looking for Sheet Metal Mechanics to join our Blytheville, AR Sheet Metal shop! Join a growing, trusted name in commercial HVAC! We’re looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Mechanic/Installers to join our team and play a key role in delivering top-quality HVAC installations for our clients. Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Journeyman/Installer (commercial experience preferred)
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to field measure ductwork and create cut sheets for fabrication
- Valid driver’s license (required) with a clean record (no DUI’s in last 3 years)
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to work safely with tools
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to take pride in your work
Nice To Haves
- Sheet metal experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC ductwork and equipment in commercial projects
- Field measure ductwork and prepare cut sheets for fabrication
- Work with project teams to meet deadlines and maintain high standards
- Keep a safe, clean, and organized work environment
