Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; trade/vocational training is advantageous.
• Experience in assembly or fabrication preferred.
• Background machining parts and working with sheet metal.
• Electrical assembly exposure is considered a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and strict adherence to instructions.
• Comfort using common shop tools and equipment.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Clear communication and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Dependable attendance and on-time performance.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving processes and technologies.
• Electrical schematic literacy
• Machine building/assembling

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and subassemblies per drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Use hand and power tools to execute fabrication tasks safely and accurately.
• Verify quality through inspections and checks at each stage of the build.
• Collaborate with teammates to optimize throughput and solve problems.
• Keep your station clean, organized, and compliant with safety practices.
• Flag issues immediately to supervisors and suggest corrective actions.
• Engage in training to expand fabrication skill sets.
