About The Position
JD Machine Corp. is hiring a Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our team in Ogden, Utah. This role is ideal for motivated individuals with mechanical aptitude who want to learn and grow in a stable, long-term manufacturing career. No extensive experience is required, as we are looking for individuals eager to learn and develop real skills while building real parts. You'll play a key role in manufacturing high-quality components for industries such as aerospace and defense.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and reliability

- Ability to read basic blueprints (or willingness to learn)
- Problem-solving mindset

- Ability to lift 40 lbs repeatedly
- Good vision (corrected: near 20/20, far 20/30)
Responsibilities
- Deburr and finish precision sheet metal components
- Perform weld grinding and basic fabrication tasks
- Support production by maintaining raw material inventory
- Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and specifications
- Ensure parts meet quality standards before moving forward
