About The Position
Haakon Industries is seeking a Sheet Metal Fabricator/Operator for their night shift. This role involves the cutting, bending, punching, and fabrication of sheet metal components for custom commercial and industrial HVAC equipment. It is a hands-on production position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, requiring attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work safely around industrial equipment. This is a safety-sensitive position.

Responsibilities
- Operate sheet metal fabrication equipment including shears and related machinery
- Read prints and follow build instructions
- Measure and handle different material types and thicknesses
- Assist with bending, punching, cutting, and fabrication processes
- Use measuring tools and follow quality standards
- Work with your team to meet daily production goals
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
