About The Position

Comfort Systems USA Southwest is offering apprenticeship programs in sheet metal, a foundational trade in commercial construction. This program allows individuals to launch a rewarding career by providing hands-on training, top-tier mentorship, and career stability in a booming industry. Apprentices will learn to shape, cut, and install ductwork and other metal components for HVAC systems in commercial buildings.

Requirements

  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to complete on-the-job and classroom training.
  • Eager to learn.
  • Hardworking.
  • Team-oriented.
  • Physically capable: Comfortable lifting, bending, and working on your feet for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).

Responsibilities

  • Shape, cut, and install ductwork and other metal components for HVAC systems in commercial buildings.
