Requirements

Demonstrated commitment to safety.
Able to successfully pass crane and mobile equipment requirements.
Willing to work rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

Taking care of customers by executing the division’s safety, quality, cost, productivity, and profitability objectives.
Maintaining equipment in your area.
Communicating efficiently with maintenance about issues with equipment and following up with them.
Pushing the team to perform at a high level.
Completing PMs and routine maintenance repairs as needed.
Understanding customer needs.
Establishing good communication with main pulpit and stacker.
Making quick decisions.
Having the courage to hold himself/herself accountable and share learnings.
Initiating, leading, and upholding safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
