About The Position
We are seeking a dependable Shear Operator with forklift experience and basic machinery knowledge. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who can work safely, follow instructions, and support production needs.
Requirements
- Steel-toe shoes required
- Forklift experience required
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
Nice To Haves
- Basic machinery or manufacturing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Operate the shear machine to cut rebar or metal materials to the required specifications
- Assist with general machinery operation as needed
- Operate forklift to move, load, and stage materials
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions
