The SHE Intern supports the site Safety, Health, and Environmental team in maintaining a safe, compliant, and continuously improving manufacturing environment. A major focus of this internship will be supporting construction and capital project activities, ensuring safety expectations are met during active project work across the site. This role provides hands-on exposure to industrial safety, construction safety, environmental compliance, and capital project execution within a high-volume food manufacturing facility. This internship provides direct exposure to real construction and capital projects, not simulated work. Interns are treated as part of the project team and gain experience critical for future roles in plant safety, EHS engineering, or manufacturing leadership.
