About The Position
The 2027 Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Internship Opportunity at Foley Equipment is a seasonal, hands-on learning experience designed for individuals pursuing a college degree in Environmental, Health & Safety or a related field. The intern will actively participate in improving safety practices across offices, warehouses, and shop environments, contributing to a safe workplace for all employees. The internship is approximately 8-12 weeks long and candidates interested in Spring, Summer, or Fall experiences are welcome.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently obtained a college degree in Environmental, Health & Safety or a related field
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks or projects
Responsibilities
- Actively engage in training and learning opportunities
- Assist the Environmental, Health & Safety team with daily tasks and projects
- Follow direction and guidance from leadership and supervisors
- Adhere to established training plans and work schedules
- Communicate effectively and professionally with team members
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time
- Travel as needed for training or to support other locations
