SharePoint/Power Platform Developer
About The Position
TEKsystems is seeking a SharePoint & Power Platform Developer to modernize and migrate enterprise SharePoint solutions to the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The role focuses on transforming legacy SharePoint applications, workflows, and forms into scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 technologies. The position is based in Charlotte, NC, with a hybrid schedule of three onsite days and two remote days. It is a contract role requiring W2 employment; C2C is not accepted. The developer will migrate legacy SharePoint solutions and processes, modernize InfoPath forms and SharePoint Designer workflows, and design, develop, and maintain Power Platform and SharePoint solutions. The role works with business stakeholders and Engineering, Operations, and Business teams to define requirements and deliver enterprise-scale solutions. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting, governance and security practices, testing, deployment, production rollouts, and technical documentation. The pay range is $55.00–$65.00 per hour. Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server.
- Extensive experience developing solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience migrating InfoPath forms and SharePoint Designer workflows to Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, lists, libraries, permissions, and site administration.
- Experience customizing SharePoint and integrating it with Microsoft 365 services.
- Proficiency with PowerShell and SharePoint administration.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Must work on W2; C2C is not accepted.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Dataverse.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, React, or TypeScript.
- Experience with Azure services and Microsoft 365 integrations.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments.
- Microsoft Power Platform and/or SharePoint certifications.
Responsibilities
