Requirements
- 4–7+ years supporting SharePoint/Microsoft 365 environments.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, information systems or related discipline required
- SharePoint site administration/configuration.
- SharePoint document repositories.
- Site/page design and maintenance.
- Metadata and document organization.
- Permissions/access management.
- Audit trails and records management.
- Microsoft 365.
- Troubleshooting and user support.
- SharePoint workflow/process improvement.
- Understanding of Government information-protection requirements.
- U.S. citizenship is required for this position.

Responsibilities
- Design, configure, maintain and enhance the CSP SharePoint repository, site and pages.
- Maintain logical document organization, metadata, access controls and auditability.
- Support CBM data collection and user access where SharePoint is used as the operational tool.
- Coordinate enhancements with OCIO and ensure the solution complies with applicable information-protection and records-management requirements.
