About The Position

This role involves supporting the migration of Lines of Business (LOBs) from legacy solutions like InfoPath forms and SharePoint Designer workflows to the Nintex K2 Five platform. The developer will provide technical guidance, remediation support, and best practices to ensure successful migration and modernization of business processes, prioritizing efforts based on Microsoft's end-of-life timelines. Additionally, the role includes maintaining and supporting the Nintex K2 Five environments, assisting with software configuration and integration with SharePoint Server Subscription Edition (SE), and providing ongoing engineering support for these environments. Collaboration with various teams and comprehensive documentation are key aspects of this position.

Requirements

Experience with migration of legacy solutions (InfoPath forms, SharePoint Designer workflows).
Proficiency in migrating to the Nintex K2 Five platform.
Technical guidance and remediation support skills.
Understanding of Microsoft's end-of-life timelines for InfoPath and SharePoint Designer.
Experience maintaining and supporting development environments.
Collaboration with infrastructure and SQL teams.
Experience with server provisioning, firewall and access configurations, and load balancing.
Ability to validate and monitor environment health, connectivity, and user access.
Experience with installation and configuration of Nintex K2 Five components (K2 Application Server, SmartForms, SmartObjects, Workflow Server).
Experience configuring service connections, licensing, and role-based access.
Experience integrating Nintex with SharePoint Server Subscription Edition (SE).
Experience with testing and validation of patches, updates, and new feature releases.
Troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.
Ability to maintain up-to-date documentation.
Strong collaboration skills with Engineering, Application, and LOB teams.
Documentation skills for procedures, issues, and strategies.
Knowledge transfer and handoff documentation experience.

Responsibilities

Migrate legacy solutions including InfoPath forms and SharePoint Designer workflows to the Nintex K2 Five platform.
Provide technical guidance, remediation support, and best practices for migration and modernization.
Prioritize migration efforts in alignment with Microsoft’s end-of-life timelines for InfoPath and SharePoint Designer.
Maintain and support the Engineering and Development Nintex K2 Five environments.
Collaborate with infrastructure and SQL teams for server provisioning, firewall and access configurations, and load balancing.
Validate and monitor environment health, connectivity, and user access.
Assist with the installation and configuration of Nintex K2 Five components (K2 Application Server, SmartForms, SmartObjects, Workflow Server).
Configure service connections, licensing, and role-based access.
Integrate Nintex with the existing SharePoint Server Subscription Edition (SE) environment.
Provide ongoing support for engineering environments, including testing and validation of patches, updates, and new feature releases.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in collaboration with Operations.
Maintain up-to-date documentation on architecture, versioning, and system changes.
Work closely with Engineering, Application, and LOB teams to support solution delivery and platform adoption.
Document installation and configuration procedures, known issues and workarounds, and migration strategies.
Provide handoff documentation and knowledge transfer to Operations and LOB stakeholders.
