About The Position
The SharePoint Developer designs, develops, maintains, and enhances SharePoint solutions to support DHS ICE CS-OPS Support Services operations, collaboration, document management, and workflow automation. This is a full-time, 100% remote position.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience developing and administering SharePoint solutions.
- Knowledge of SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and dashboards.
- Customize workflows and automate business processes using Power Automate.
- Manage document libraries, permissions, and access controls.
- Support data integration, reporting, and process improvements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure system performance and security.
