About The Position

Join a dynamic team as a SharePoint Consultant, driving enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions for leading organizations in Philadelphia. This is an exciting opportunity to architect, develop, and implement innovative SharePoint Online solutions that transform business productivity. You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders, leverage the latest Microsoft technologies—including Power Platform and SharePoint Framework—and play a key role in shaping scalable, high-impact solutions. Initial interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams, with second-round interviews held in person.

Requirements

  • 7–9 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Microsoft Graph APIs.
  • Proficiency in responsive web development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, Node.js, NPM).
  • Experience with Visual Studio, SharePoint Designer, Workflow Manager, InfoPath, Sharegate, Metalogix, and SharePoint reporting tools.
  • Expertise in integrating enterprise systems using REST APIs, web services, and standard integration technologies.
  • Strong object-oriented programming background; .NET/C# experience preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, analytical, and documentation abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience implementing Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or integrating Microsoft AI capabilities in Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
  • Background integrating third-party enterprise applications, cloud services, and AI/ML platforms (Azure AI Services, OpenAI) with SharePoint and Power Platform.
  • Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated track record delivering secure, high-quality enterprise solutions aligned with industry best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy customized SharePoint Online solutions across the full software development lifecycle.
  • Architect scalable, business-driven solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform, and Power Automate.
  • Configure and administer SharePoint Online services, focusing on Search, Metadata, User Profiles, and workflow capabilities.
  • Build and maintain SharePoint sites, web parts, workflows, and custom integrations with enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define information architecture, and implement user-centric content frameworks.
  • Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize SharePoint environments, independently managing upgrades and support activities.
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation, deployment guides, user manuals, and training resources.
  • Champion SharePoint governance, architectural standards, security, and change management best practices.
  • Assess business requirements to recommend innovative Microsoft 365 solutions with long-term scalability.
