About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative SharePoint Administrator to join our team in the greater DMV area, supporting the Army National Guard. Responsibilities Design, administer, and govern SharePoint environments (NIPR/SIPR) to support strategic initiatives, policy management, and enterprise knowledge operations. Configure site architectures, libraries, metadata schemes, permissions, retention, and workflows to enable secure collaboration, version control, and authoritative publication of strategic documents and policy artifacts. Implement information architecture standards, search/taxonomy, and metadata to ensure efficient retrieval, traceability, and lifecycle management of content. Integrate SharePoint with governance and reporting workflows (ETMS2, comment‑resolution matrices, executive boards) to support task tracking, policy reviews, and decision‑grade artifacts. Maintain and curate CIO/G6 SIG SharePoint pages, publish meeting artifacts, archive records, and manage access for authorized stakeholders. Develop automation (Power Automate/flows), templates, and governance controls to standardize content publishing, approvals, and notifications. Support executive boards and “State of the State” activities by enabling secure document collaboration, meeting facilitation, and archival processes. Provide operational support: troubleshooting, performance tuning, patch/upgrade coordination, backup/restore procedures, and content migration activities. Produce documentation, SOPs, training materials, and governance guidance; advise leadership on platform enhancements and best practices to improve knowledge sharing and transparency. #ENOCS Qualifications Qualifications Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance. Candidate must meet ONE of the following: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field; OR Relevant DoD/military training (examples: M0923W1; A‑102‑5888; A‑102‑5599 (SNOOP); C‑150‑1401; W‑150‑4575; S‑250‑1095; A‑531‑0022; etc.); OR Relevant professional certification or equivalent experience (examples: SecurityX/CASP+; CCNP Security; CCSP; FITSP‑O; GFACT). Required experience and skills: SharePoint/enterprise content management or collaboration platform experience with at least 3 years as lead/administrator for enterprise SharePoint environments. Hands‑on expertise with SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server administration, site design, permissions modeling, managed metadata, search configuration, and content types. Experience integrating SharePoint with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), identity providers (ADF SSO/CAC), and enterprise data sources. Proven skills in governance: document lifecycle, retention, records management, access controls, audit evidence, and platform hardening per DoD/Army guidance. Strong troubleshooting, migration, backup/restore, and patch/upgrade coordination capabilities; ability to produce SOPs and training for end users and admins. Desired: Prior DoD/ARNG SharePoint governance experience supporting CIO/G6 or enterprise policy workflows. Familiarity with RMF/STIG implications for collaboration platforms, eMASS evidence needs, and secure content handling across NIPR/SIPR. Requirements
