About The Position

Patricio Enterprises (PE) is seeking a SharePoint Administrator / Developer to support the USMC’s Product Manager, Infantry Weapons Systems. This role involves developing and managing SharePoint solutions, providing user training and support, and ensuring the integrity and efficiency of information management systems within the Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN) constraints.

Requirements

  • Four (4) years of related professional experience.
  • Has developed and maintained a SharePoint site collection in support of a large program management office, not limited to controlling user permissions, managing site content and processes, maintaining current standard operating procedures, conducting user training, ensuring proper site use and administration, and verifying site functionality and integrity.
  • Has restructured SharePoint templates, workflows, and information management processes to enable optimal performance and uniformity.
  • Has the interpersonal skills and experience required to work with SharePoint developers and technical subject matter experts for the purpose of developing new SharePoint functions/tools, from pre-production through design, testing, and implementation.
  • Understanding of Marine Corps Enterprise Network requirements for SharePoint and proficiency in troubleshooting errors and performance issues with the Marine Corps Enterprise Information Technology Systems helpdesk.
  • Experience working with Power Automate (required).
  • Working knowledge of the software and tools used to support assigned tasks is required, not limited to and to Microsoft SharePoint Designer, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, CorasWorks, JavaScript, jQuery, and InfoPath.

  • Experience working across the Power Platform (desired).
  • Certified SharePoint Specialist.

Responsibilities

  • Develop flows/solutions for SharePoint in Power Automate.
  • Conduct/assist with training of the tools developed along with the Senior SharePoint Admin.
  • Meet with the users of the tools developing to ensure you are meeting their requirements.
  • Create documentation to map the flows created.
  • Manage permissions (e.g., restrict or revoke access based on the Government’s request and approval).
  • Provide information management and workflow reviews, create templates, and maintain current data files.
  • Manage content types, site columns and templates for re-use.
  • Conduct user training (e.g., guides, one-on-one or classroom style sessions) to the workforce.
  • Provide guidance to site owners and site administrators.
  • Identify and investigate errors and escalate issues to the Government representative.
  • Provide site development and administration support for all existing site collections.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor content and integrity of site collections, which are used as the platform for information management and document collaboration.
  • Provide developer support to maintain a development or preproduction environment within the site collections, and to test enhancements and integration efforts without risking the viability of the production environment.
  • Develop site solutions and build site taxonomies, forms, and repositories within the site collections using tools, applications, and software.
  • Interface and coordinate with site users on a regular basis to ensure consistency, functionality and applicability is maintained across the site.
  • Create new, and review and analyze current, Information Management strategies, processes, policies, and procedures to facilitate and streamline the efficiency, effectiveness, and utility of the site.
  • Maintain currency in the rules and regulations regarding collaborative environments and data sharing.
  • Coordinate with other Government and contractor employees as required to verify site administration procedures are maintained.
  • Conduct all SharePoint site development in compliance with, and within the constraints of, the Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN).
  • Develop and update SharePoint collection sites and create and manage the hierarchy of those site collections, sites, and sub sites to ensure uniform navigation across the SharePoint Portal.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues directly with the Marine Corps Enterprise Information Technology Systems (MCEITS) helpdesk and provide oversight to ensure the sites are running at optimal performance.
  • Support the development or update of current and/or new processes and templates within the SharePoint Portal.
