About The Position

ASRC Federal Cyber, LLC is seeking a SharePoint Admin/Developer with a TS/SCI to support our Naval Information Warfighting Development Command Information Operations Mission Area Directorate in Norfolk, VA. This role involves managing and maintaining SharePoint environments, ensuring their operational health, security, and performance. The position also includes administering Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange infrastructure, troubleshooting various system-related issues, and providing end-user training on collaboration tools.

Requirements

  • US Gov. Security Clearance: TOP SECRET/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Clearance required.
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems or an Information Technology-intensive discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience with general out-of-the-box SharePoint development and implementation.
  • Experience in System Analysis, Design, Development and Implementation of various applications including: Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 or later, JavaScript, HTML, CSS or later, jQuery, XML, XHTML, and Microsoft InfoPath.
  • In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, four (4) additional years of relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Manage SharePoint sites, user access, and permissions.
  • Configure and maintain SharePoint servers, troubleshoot issues, monitor system performance, and provide technical support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, security, and optimization of SharePoint environments within the organization.
  • Ensuring the operational health of the SharePoint online environment including security, availability, performance, interoperability and reliability.
  • Administration, support and configuration of MS Office O365 for staff.
  • Maintenance/sustainment of existing client SharePoint sites and sub sites, lists, libraries, and content (including pages, workflows, and items).
  • Maintenance, and sustainment of additional complementary functionality for customer sub sites, lists, libraries, and content.
  • Administer and support an enterprise-level Microsoft Exchange infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot Exchange related issues when alerted by monitoring software.
  • Training and educating end-users on O365 capabilities and collaboration tools (OneDrive, Skype, OneNote, Outlook etc).
  • Troubleshoot OS, network and storage related issues.
