The Shareholder Relations Manager reports to and directly supports the Sr. Director of Shareholder Relations in the coordination, communication, and delivery of shareholder-focused programs, outreach initiatives, and operational support services. This position serves as a key liaison between Shareholder Relations, Corporate Communications, regional stakeholders, and community partners to ensure consistent messaging, effective outreach coordination, and successful implementation of shareholder engagement initiatives. This role provides day-to-day operational and administrative support and guidance to the Shareholder Relations Coordinators and assists with the coordination of projects, communications efforts, and regional outreach activities that promote shareholder awareness, engagement, development opportunities, and employment initiatives. The position works collaboratively across departments to support communication strategies and help distribute messaging and information throughout the region and shareholder population. The Shareholder Relations Manager may serve as a departmental resource and operational backup in the absence of the Sr. Director of Shareholder Relations and will regularly collaborate with the VP of Communications on shareholder messaging, communications initiatives, outreach priorities, and engagement strategies.
