The Shared Services Specialist, in collaboration with their team, works closely with all UNICO employees and divisions to support the organization and ensure that administrative duties are maintained in detail and are correct. They provide general support for the organization and are responsible for directing calls, organizing and distributing insurance documents, and additional administrative duties. Providing the highest quality of professional service to every customer, including answering questions and disseminating knowledge of the company to outside entities. Please Note: This role is part-time and is not eligible for employee benefits.
