About The Position

BVCU's Shared Services team provides centralized operational support to our member-facing teams across all business lines. In this role, you'll handle standardized processes, coordinate activities, and serve as a key connector between branches and internal partners, freeing up frontline staff to focus on delivering exceptional member experiences.

Requirements

High school diploma
Experience in an administrative, operational, or financial services role
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with digital tools
Attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance
A continuous improvement mindset and collaborative approach
Must be bondable
Must have legal authorization to work in Canada on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
Will undergo a criminal and credit record check

Experience in a credit union, bank, or shared services environment

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support to retail, business, and other member-facing teams
Manage end-to-end online account opening, including communications, funding, reviews, and reporting
Act as a liaison between teams, tracking requests and ensuring timely resolution within SLAs
Identify workflow inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements
Maintain accuracy and compliance across all documentation and records
Cross-train across Shared Services functions to provide backup support as needed
