The Shared Living Coordinator will coordinate, provide, and supervise high-quality supports to the individuals and providers served by the Shared Living program. This role involves implementing all aspects of the program, acting as a liaison to various agencies and departments, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. The coordinator will also process participant referrals, facilitate the admission process, and collaborate in the recruitment, selection, and evaluation of shared living families. A key part of the role is interviewing families, facilitating the matching and transition of individuals into homes, developing positive relationships, and monitoring/assessing placements. Additionally, the coordinator will train staff and families in all facets of their responsibilities.
