1. Global Enablement & Feature Activation • Promote, explain, and activate new Salesforce NGL features (built on SFCC technology) across global markets. • Develop clear, business-oriented narratives to support product rollouts and new feature launches. • Translate technical functionalities into marketing‑friendly use cases, demonstrating real business impact. • Showcase newly released features through live demos and articulate their business value using data, KPIs, and benchmarks. 2. Training, Education & Communication • Lead engaging demos, training sessions, webinars, and functional workshops. • Create high-quality enablement materials (education kits, playbooks, guides, best‑practice decks). • Ensure consistent, transparent communication of updates, roadmap evolutions, and feature releases across all regions. 3. Community Engagement & Adoption • Animate and grow a global community of business users, fostering collaboration and best‑practice sharing. • Act as the central point of contact for local teams, gathering feedback and identifying adoption barriers. • Monitor usage and adoption metrics, propose data‑driven recommendations, and support markets in maximizing feature value.
