Requirements

• Basic Math skills are required

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, repetitively in a safe manner
• Able to perform continuous physical exertion including lifting, bending, loading.
• Punctuality and attendance is a must.

Nice To Haves

• Previous sewing or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required if training is provided.
• Production line experience helpful, but not required

Responsibilities

• Operate sewing and production machines (4300, flanging, CLT, Half-Cap, Label).
• Inspect and repair quilted panels.
• Sort and prepare materials for mattress production.
• Load and move materials using carts.
• Scan product law tags.
• Maintain production and quality standards and production rates.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
