About The Position

The Sewing Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by expertly operating sewing machines to assemble fabric and materials into finished products. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating sewing machines in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Basic knowledge of sewing techniques and fabric types.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, patterns, and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• The Sewing Operator utilizes manual dexterity and precision daily to handle fabrics and operate sewing machines efficiently.
• Attention to detail is essential for identifying defects and ensuring that each product meets quality standards.
• Communication skills are important for coordinating with team members and reporting issues to supervisors.
• Problem-solving abilities help in troubleshooting machine malfunctions and maintaining smooth production flow.
