About The Position
Foamcraft is the leader in foam fabrication and has been for decades. We are looking for individuals to join our family as a Sewing Operator at our Mitchell, Indiana location. Foamcraft was founded in 1952. Now, 70 years later, Foamcraft has grown from one small foam shop in downtown Indianapolis to five facilities across Indiana. Employees may be eligible for increases in the first year based on performance.
Requirements
- Must be dependable and flexible.
- Prior sewing experience strongly preferred.
- They must be able to understand and follow all company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities
- Cutting fabric and sewing with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and getting the best possible yield
- Ensuring sewing equipment is operating correctly
- Other miscellaneous jobs
- Observing all safety rules and regulations
