About The Position

This is a temporary, full-time position with a fixed term, expected to last up to 3 months. There is a possibility of moving into a full-time and regular role based on production needs and job performance. The role involves working within a team performing stand-up sewing to produce temple garments and clothing. The work is physical, demanding, and fast-paced, contributing to the mission of the Church by supporting members in their temple covenants. The hourly pay rate is $19.00.

Requirements

• Successfully pass a Simple & Complex Dexterity Test.
• Successfully pass an Industrial Sewing Machine Threading Sewing Test (fabric handling and following instructions).
• Successfully pass interviews and assessments.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English to understand safety instructions, training, and team communications.
• Ability to perform fast, repetitive movements for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
• Ability to periodically bend, twist, and occasionally lift up to 10 lbs.
• Ability to work overtime, if needed, based on production needs.
• Maintain a valid temple recommend. Temple worthiness will be verified during the interview process.
