Continuous growth has created an opportunity in our Minneapolis office, and we are looking for the right person to join our team! Requirements
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Basic understanding of sewing machine mechanics and troubleshooting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Skilled in multi-tasking and working in fast paced environments
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and equipment
Responsibilities
- Properly read and interpret work orders for production.
- Operate industrial sewing machines.
- Comply with all safety standards for sewing machine operation.
- Monitors machine operation and report problems.
- Understand requirements of the Sewing Department and produce quality work on a consistent basis.
- Understand and follow S.O.P.’s regarding work order routing.
- All other responsibilities assigned
