About The Position

Serigraph is seeking detail-driven, hands-on team members skilled with sewing machines to join their production team. This role involves turning creative designs into real-world products, and is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, solving problems, and seeing a finished product come together. There are two openings available: a 1st Shift (Monday-Friday, 7 am - 3 pm) and a 2nd Shift (Monday-Friday, 3 pm - 11 pm) with a $1 shift premium.

Requirements

• Experience with industrial sewing equipment (manual or automated)
• Ability to take pride in precision and attention to detail
• Ability to read job orders and follow instructions confidently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production environment
• Ability to communicate well and work effectively in a team
• Ability to stay organized and manage time efficiently
• Basic measurement skills (tape measure, rulers, etc.)
• Ability to identify and correct quality issues
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines (single stitch, double stitch, automated & manual)
• Apply finishing elements like zippers, Velcro, keder, hems, and pockets
• Perform fit checks on frames and hardware when required
• Inspect products for correct dimensions, artwork, and quality standards
• Troubleshoot and adjust machines to keep production running smoothly
• Read and follow work orders and specifications
• Use measuring tools (tape measure, yardstick) to ensure accuracy
• Record production data using internal systems (ERP or similar)
